In short
- The app collects nothing. No account, no tracking, no connection to a server.
- Your data stays locally on your own device.
- This website uses no cookies and no analytics.
- Only if you sign up as a beta tester do we store your first name and email address.
The app
BudgetMaxx runs in your browser and stores everything on your own device. We receive no amounts, no settings and no usage data, because the app sends nothing away. Because we do not have your data, we cannot restore it either: please make your own backup (see Prove for yourself that it works offline, in Dutch).
The website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and loads no components from other parties.
Beta sign-up
If you sign up as a beta tester, we only ask for your first name and email address.
- Purpose: to invite you to the beta and to email you about it.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. (still to be checked legally)
- Retention: at most 3 months after launch. After that we delete your data, unless you separately sign up for a mailing list.
- Sharing: we do not sell your data. The form runs through a form tool hosted in the EU.
- We email using BCC, so nobody sees anyone else's address.
Feedback questionnaires are anonymous and do not ask for amounts or screenshots with real figures.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will take care of it.
